This policy explains how Tinsley Instrumentation Ltd (“Tinsley”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles returns, refunds and cancellations for purchases made through our website or directly with us.

As a result, eligibility for returns and refunds may vary depending on the nature of the product and the terms of the order. Where purchases are made by business customers, different rights may apply compared to consumer transactions.


2. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect

please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and, where possible, supporting photographs.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.


3. Returns of non-faulty items

If you wish to return a non-faulty item, you must contact us in advance to request authorisation.

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products that are made to order, customised, or supplied to specification are generally non-returnable unless faulty, incorrect, or required by law.


4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been confirmed or has entered production or processing, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to charges. We will confirm whether cancellation can be accepted and advise of any applicable costs.


5. Refunds
