A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order.
No verbal agreements or amendments are valid unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
We will not make early deliveries unless agreed in writing in advance.
3. Orders and order confirmation
If the details in the order confirmation differ from your original order, you must notify us of any discrepancies within three (3) working days.
After this period, we reserve the right to refuse amendments to the order.
Any bank charges relating to payments are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Where payment is made by cheque, a surcharge may apply and will be specified on the invoice where applicable.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of VAT unless specified.
Payment terms will be detailed on the invoice or agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries where payment is overdue.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
